Smoked Salmon Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 6 oz (170g) smoked salmon (chopped)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the cream over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for another minute.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
