Smoked Salmon Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 6 oz (170g) smoked salmon (chopped)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the cream over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for another minute.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
